Its blockchain, wallet, and quantitative trading services are limited to software development and systems integration to client specifications: MyPartners does not issue or sell tokens, does not hold custody of virtual assets, does not provide investment analysis, recommendations, or trading signals, and does not place orders on clients' behalf.

Yes. Every MyPartners service can be commissioned on its own—for example, just a website redesign, just managed hosting, or just conversion tracking setup for your ads. If you need several services, they can be combined into one plan, with the same team planning tracking setup, data integrations, and post-launch operations. After a discovery call, we'll recommend priorities based on your goals, budget, and timeline.

No. MyPartners quotes every service individually, based on the scope of work, the complexity of features and system integrations, and post-launch maintenance needs. Each quote separates one-time build fees, monthly service fees, and costs payable to third parties, such as domains, platform subscriptions, software licenses, or ad budgets, so you can compare options and plan your budget. If your budget is limited, we can build the most important features first and expand in phases.

To get started, email service@mypartners.finance with a short description of your company and industry, the problem you want to solve, the services you need, your budget range, and your preferred timeline, plus any reference sites or existing systems. MyPartners will reply to confirm your requirements, set up a video call if needed, and then send a written proposal with the scope, timeline, and quote.

Yes. After a website or online store launches, you can engage MyPartners separately for managed hosting and maintenance, covering updates, backups, SSL certificates, and security monitoring. Ad campaigns can be optimized on an ongoing basis, and LINE bots can be covered by an agreement for maintenance and new features. The scope, response arrangements, and fees are all spelled out in the contract. If you'd rather have your own staff maintain things, we provide an operations manual and training at handover.

MyPartners serves businesses and brands throughout Taiwan and works remotely, communicating by email, video calls, and shared project management tools, so it doesn't matter which city or county you're in. If your project calls for in-person meetings, mention it when you write, and we'll work out a feasible arrangement together.

MyPartners uses AI tools to support its work, but never enters your confidential or personal data into external AI services without your consent. AI is used mainly for organizing requirements, drafting content, software development, and data analysis, and every output is reviewed by the engineer or specialist in charge. If your project itself includes AI features, such as an AI customer-service assistant for a LINE bot, we first explain which model provider we'd use and how data is handled, and you make the decision.
